This guarantee applies to safety mixers (pressure balanced thermostat mixers) and is valid for five years from the day of purchase. The guarantee means that if the smooth functioning of the mixer's control system should be reduced due to a build up of calcium, we will accept responsibility for repairing the fault. For this guarantee to apply the mixer must have been fitted and used correctly. The plumbing must have been installed professionally and comply with current building regulations. The guarantee does not apply to frost damage or if damage and operating faults have been caused by pollution in the water.
